Desk clerk was very nice and knowledge when answering my questions. Pool is small but was raining so didn't use it They did have umbrellas up over some lounge chairs so was able to sit outside still.

Quiet boutique style hotel with nice pool and beach. Complimentary luggage storage. Food and drinks available poolside. Lounge chairs with umbrellas. Friendly helpful staff. Short trip to airport.

Room and Hotel location excelente

The room had been given away to someone else by the Hilton in Frankfurt Squaire. I then had to wait 30 until they had another room made ready. They admitted that they currently have problems with third-party reservations.

First, the female receptionist informed me of a new policy requiring her to take a photo of my ID. While this was happening, another man at the desk was intensely watching the interaction and looking on with her. This lacked any professional boundaries and made me feel highly uncomfortable, pressured, and uneasy during what should have been a standard, secure check-in. Second, the receptionist assigned me a room on the 6th floor with an accessible/disabled shower layout. When making this booking, I submitted explicit required preferences for a lower floor and a standard, non-disabled room. Your property management system displays these profile notes and special requests clearly on the screen at check-in. Despite this, my requests were completely ignored, and the receptionist failed to mention that my requirements were being overridden when she handed me the key. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE-RECEPTIONIST LOOKED MOODY AND SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Clean room, well equipped, everything well maintained, great facilities and polite and friendly staff.

The room is dated. The window seals are chipping and the furniture needs updating. Otherwise, the room was convenient and clean. Customer service was great!
