Hotel location was absolute perfect and convenient. Will definitely stay again!

The check in clerk was nice. The room was what you expect for paying $75. Their transport buses did block the disabled parking for about 15 minutes, which is inappropriate. There was one worker who was pounding on the glass door (that was located near the elevator) to be let in. The worker did this for about 5 minutes. I realized what was going on and let her in, she said they lock the door on her every time. That's a huge negative to bang on the door as it is terribly disruptive to guests staying at your hotel. If management is requiring a worker to park in the back of the hotel, something has got to be done about the banging. Either the worker walks to the front, they give her a key, keep watch of the cameras and be proactive.. something. All in all you get what you pay for here at this hotel, not a 5 star but definitely not a 1 star. Room was clean enough, curtains closed all the way, a/c worked well, no funky smells.

Excellent front desk staff

This was perfect to spend time between getting off the cruise ship and our evening flight. Check in was easy and the double room had two queen beds. We booked at the Hilton Logan Airport and there was a free shuttle to the airport or you could walk there in a covered walkway.

So easy to book a day room at Hilton Boston Logan airport with easy check-in and the price was exactly what was quoted on the site. The room was so comfortable and the hotel was beautiful with several options for food. This room was a lifesaver between early disembarkation of a cruise and our 6pm flight.

Great to have a place to stay other than the airport… but room wasn’t ready so had to sit around and wait

Didn’t like the front staff attitude, seemed moody and rude/dismissive. Felt like she was rushing payment out of us and overrall did not enjoy the experience. Hotel room was very clean and enjoyed that however front staff lady not good at all.

The room was clean and organized. The attendant was super kind and welcoming. It was worth it, for sure!

It was a life saver after our cruise.

The room was very clean and I lived the amenities such as Netflix& Tubi also Prime. The bed was extremely comfortable (I napped so hard) and the full kitchenette was very nice. The room was clean and staff greeted us with such courtesy.

Very easy to book and the hotel was prepared with my reservation and made it a breeze to check in. The best day use experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!

All was good. The place is a bit “tired” and in need of a remodel, but overall worked.

Good service albeit other guests were noisy

Ideal hotel, friendly and efficient with gratis shuttle to airport. Could have had better food offerings during main part of day needing to search the area for sandwiches etc.

This hotel was nice in the lobby and the restaurant and the pool. The rooms were a little outdated and had an odd smell. The registration staff and wait staff were incredibly friendly.
