Hotel Amenities

Hotel Description

Located in the middle of Koreatown, Nyma, the New York Manhattan Hotel, is a boutique hotel well placed for day guests, with great restaurants and shops in the vicinity (plus the Empire State Building). Further afield, there’s Madison Square Garden, Times Square, Central Park, and plenty more.

Neighborhood

  • Korean Cuisine and More – There’s a great range of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel door, including Mexican restaurant Tacombi and Korean establishment Soju Haus, which serves up classic Korean dishes. If an American bar and grill is more to your taste then visit Woodpecker by David Burke, or you can mix Korean and barbecue at Gopchang Story BBQ. Other options nearby include Chinese, French, gastropubs, and Italian.

  • The Empire State Building – Just a couple of blocks from the hotel is the Empire State Building, one of the most famous skyscrapers in the world and an iconic feature of the Manhattan skyline. Dating back to 1931 and star of countless films (King Kong being the most obvious), this 103 floor building has observation decks on the 86th and 102nd floors. Architecture aficionados (or film buffs, for that matter) are also conveniently close to both the Flatiron and Chrysler Buildings.

  • Times Square – Located to the north, Times Square is in the bustling heart of the Theater District. Day visitors can find countless shopping opportunities amidst the bright lights, and once the shopping’s done Broadway has plays old and new in every shade from comedy to tragedy.

  • Central Park – Central Park is a great place to enjoy a relaxing stroll amidst green surroundings, but it’s also home to a surprisingly large number of attractions. There’s a small zoo, 19th century castle, the world-class Metropolitan Museum of Art, ice rinks in winter, and more to explore.
