The reservation was missing when we showed up. Took quite a while to get it sorted.

Everything went very well on HotelsByDay side, but the actual hotel did not accommodate 1 of the 3 requests I made prior to booking. I know there's no perfection, but that request meant a lot for my business.

We had to wait for the person to get to his office to check in, he was late. It turned out to be a cabana by the pool. A small room with a trundle bed, smelled like sour rags. But it was just fine for what we needed, we got off our ship at 8:30am and needed someplace to stay until we had to be at the airport at 2:30. Great access to the beach, really close, but the surf was to rough and windy so we came back and went to the pool. Really nice pool. We had breakfast in the main building and it was very nice, clean , good food. So all and all it worked out great for what we needed. Very reasonable price.

Service was efficient, shuttle was quick, room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower super high pressure. Really hit the spot for an 8 hour layover during an intercontinental trip. Only two tiny niggles: could not close the dark curtains all the way so some daylight leaked in; room shows its age.
Overall well worth the price. Will do this again.

I waited a short while in reception while reception found the booking however the amazing reception staff very kindly invited me to help myself to breakfast. I was allocated a nice room in a quiet area as requested and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hilton was great, but they did not have my reservation system. They honored because I had your res printed with me.

I paid ahead because the site stated that I was guaranteed a room if paid ahead. When I arrived at my check-in time I was told that a room would not be available until 12:30 and there was no guarantee I would have a room. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was magically placed in an available room. This is unacceptable and hotel and Hotels by Day should have the kinks worked out for guests who pay ahead online. Please get this worked out with the hotels that you are showing DAY use availability for. Thanks

Motel was close to the airport, and be aware they charge a $200 deposit if paying by Visa and a $500 deposit if paying by cash. It was a little loud, but the room was clean, the sheets and pillows were awesome, I had a good rest.

Room was nice and bed was good size but we were originally given a room that the bed wasn’t made and had trash on it.

Shower wasn’t clean, black hairs on floor-this is a big deal for me, sorry. And I was very hungry after travel- just remember -no room service, and it was late for breakfast.

The information was contradictory. It was stated that all services were available, but elsewhere in the process, it indicated that the pool was not. A message was sent to the hotel to clarify the situation, but no response was received.

The hotel didn’t have my reservation from Hotels By Day which made checking in delayed. Not good considering you only have limited time in the room. Other than that my experience was good!
