I booked a room for the day to celebrate my mother's birthday. It's cold here in December and we thought the perfect way to warm up would be the hot tub and sauna. Plus this hotel has a game room we could use. The actual hotel room was fine. Just about every game in the game room had something missing or wrong with it. The hot tub was blocked off with a sign, out of order. The hotel front desk was less than helpful, we never even found the sauna, which was not near the pool or hot tub. Poor signage in the hotel. The parking ramp was under construction, instructing hotel guests use the top floor, which is uncovered and unplowed. I would not stay here again.

I'm really sorry it didn't turn out the way you were hoping for your mom's birthday celebration. I understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting certain amenities and find that those experiences didn't come together.

Hotel clean. However, only one face cloth in bathroom & small amount of coffee and creamer, considering there were 2 guests. Also there were only 6 sunbeds around pool, which for the size of this hotel is far too few. Photos of hotel online show lots of sunbeds, when I asked where the sunbeds were, I was told they were broken and they hadn't got the budget to replace them! Disappointed.

The hotel was very good but they charged me $164,47 instead of $114,47. I arrived at 10am and was gone by 3:30 pm.. unfortunately I was so tired that I didn’t pay attention at the moment.
