The room was nice but we did not like the barn doors from bathroom to closet. My friend got his toe cut on the door as I was coming out of the bathroom and he was getting his coat from the closet.

I booked a room for the day to celebrate my mother's birthday. It's cold here in December and we thought the perfect way to warm up would be the hot tub and sauna. Plus this hotel has a game room we could use. The actual hotel room was fine. Just about every game in the game room had something missing or wrong with it. The hot tub was blocked off with a sign, out of order. The hotel front desk was less than helpful, we never even found the sauna, which was not near the pool or hot tub. Poor signage in the hotel. The parking ramp was under construction, instructing hotel guests use the top floor, which is uncovered and unplowed. I would not stay here again.

Hotel clean. However, only one face cloth in bathroom & small amount of coffee and creamer, considering there were 2 guests. Also there were only 6 sunbeds around pool, which for the size of this hotel is far too few. Photos of hotel online show lots of sunbeds, when I asked where the sunbeds were, I was told they were broken and they hadn't got the budget to replace them! Disappointed.

The hotel was very good but they charged me $164,47 instead of $114,47. I arrived at 10am and was gone by 3:30 pm.. unfortunately I was so tired that I didn’t pay attention at the moment.

On October 16 I booked a reservation to recharge for a few hours at your new facility in liberty lake WA since it’s close to my office. Upon check in, I was greeted by a lovely lady. When I entered the assigned room it was not cleaned, ok I was issued a new room across the hall however the 2 TVs were not working due to some issues with the WiFi, so I couldn’t use them, came down to the lobby, again the front desk staff was very cooperative, she promised to send someone to reset the TVs, I thought I may use the pool in the meantime but it was not an option. I went back to my office and ended up not using the facilities. I understand being a new building there were some kinks to take care. Anyway I will attempt to book again in the near future hopefully everything is running up to par. Best regards

We were out of Power 75% of the time we stayed in this room. Thing I liked about was they had airport shuttle.

We stayed there because of its proximity to the airport. Although the hotel is very basic, the rooms were clean, and I recommend it for the shuttle service; it's very convenient when your flight leaves early, so you don't miss it.

I booked for a room with 2 Queen beds but when I reached hotel they only had a single queen bed. Although the room was great, I was expecting a 2 Queen bed room since we had 2 Adults + 1 child.

I was with my girlfriend and we only found one shower towel. Other than that, everything was good and clean.

They charge for booking in early. Old facility but renovated. Decent hotel, hotel staff could have been nicer, there are better options for the price

This is beautiful and comfort hotel with professional staff. I have used day stay vacation here many times BUT this time I was meet in the parking lot with confusing QR coded signs saying there is a charge for parking!!! It makes the hotel feel very unfriendly and saddens me they treat their customers this way. It takes 15 minutes out in the weather to enter all your information and pay the extra $25 stupid parking charge. It makes me so MAD it makes me question Hilton and why should I stay at their banded hotels any more. Such bad customer service!!!! ????????????
