The check in was a little slow. The room was perfect and was everything we needed. The main issue was with the shuttle bus to the airport which was supposed to run every 20 minutes but we were kept waiting for 40 along with some airline crew as there was only 1 driver available.

Sorry about the slow check-in and the wait for the shuttle. We understand how frustrating that must have been. Shuttle schedules and staffing are managed by the hotel, but we'll be sure to pass this along so they're aware of how it impacted your stay.

Was great to have a room to use while waiting for a later evening flight. Check in was simple and straightforward. The hotel was a bit dated and could have been cleaner but it was fine for a room and a shower for the day.

I very much enjoy staying at this small hotel in Manhattan. The lobby doesn't look like much to be honest, but the rooms are cute, clean, cozy and restful. Good affordable stop for a nap. Will book again.
