The hotel was supposed to include facilities (gym and Swimming pool). However, we were stopped and told we couldn’t use it. We were treated like 2nd class citizens as day room use guests. We have used day use rooms many times n many hotels but this was an awful experience.

We were flying into Boston at 9am and going to a Celtics game at 1pm and then flying back home at 6. We found hotels by day and got a day pass to the Hilton at Logan Airport for the day. What a great concept! The hotel check in was easy since I had my booking number. We got to our room, rested a bit, and then had lunch at the restaurant. After the game we went back to the room to freshen up and charge our phones and had another small meal and walked back to the terminal and went home! What a great day and hotel! Will use hotels by day again for sure!

The only unpleasant experience is my interaction with 3 bellman staff; only 1 of 3 showed genuinely care to help with luggage. The other 2 staff deliberately showed up late or disappeared when time to help with luggage.

The hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. I was flying to Ireland and my flight to Boston was delayed. I landed at 1am, missing my flight to Dublin. Easiest process, booked while on the plane, landed 2 hours later and headed to the hotel, easiest location, just take the sky bridge over to the hotel. Took less than 10 minutes, staff at hotel was amazing. Worth every penny if you need a nap or have last minute change of plans and need to regroup. I booked a 9 am - 2pm slot and it was perfection.

Booking through hotels by day was fast and easy. The hotel itself was dirty. The carpet in the room was disgustingly crunchy and what appeared to be maybe poop stains that someone tried to spot treat. It didn’t smell but physically wasn’t clean. The check in staff woman was cold and unwelcoming. I tried to ask her a question after she gave me my key about dining options and she just rolled her eyes and yelled next to the patron behind me. The dining staff were very slow and had to ask for refills several times. The food was decent but overpriced obviously. The Starbucks employee was nice and the shuttle driver was nice which is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 1. I would not stay here again even though it is very convenient in relation to the airport.

Easy booking and easy check in. Arrived on a red eye flight at 9am, loaded the website while waiting for luggage and booked a room at the airport Hilton for 9am-5pm at a very reasonable price, and was in the room by 930am. Highly recommend Hotels by Day.

This is a great concept. We got of a cruise ship in the morning and our flight home wasn't until 4pm. We got a room from 9am till 2pm. Didn't have to sit at the airport for hours. Airport shuttle goes every 15 minutes. Very convenient!
