Although the staff were friendly, there was a lot of noise from thw disco around the pool and ongoing building/renovation work in the hotel. Our shower flooded and there was a delay in getting it fixed. Not good for a single day use.

Room was advertised as a day use stay that I booked as a place to sleep during a 13 hour layover. It was actually a short stay love hotel with room rates by the hour. The shower was dirty and the nozzle leaked profusely. The bed only came with a sheet and the window AC sounded like a jet engine. I had the room reserved for 6am to 4pm. Imagine trying to sleep and getting called at noon to find out if I was done with the room yet. Definitely don’t book this place if you are looking to get any rest.

The A/C and heater was from 1970’s Making noise and not so effective. The pool was suppose to be heated , it was very very cold. And for the size of the hotel, the size of the pool was extremely small. No jacuzzi!!!

Room was not cleaned very well. Powder on dresser was a concern, realized it was from coffee mate. Washroom sink wasn’t cleaned well. We were dead tired and just needed sleep for a layover. Will not go back. Shuttle from airport was traumatizing, driver speeding to fast we felt airborne ! Oh yea, don’t lock bathroom door. You will get locked on IN

This hotel looks nice but only in the lobby. Chose this hotel because we needed somewhere to hang out and it had airport shuttle. The rooms are very dated and the tub in the room we had was filthy. Had we been staying overnight i would have requested a refund or different room. We did utilize the bar for food which was very good! Don't rely on the airport shuttle though. We waited 45mins for airport shuttle after being told he should be back in 15 mins. When asked if they could call to see where he was, the only respond the driver would give is that he was stuck in traffic, which seemed to be a lie because we wind up calling an Uber so that we could get to airport on time and made it to the airport in 10 mins.

There was no reservation on file and the hotel was fully booked for 3 weeks. I was given a false positive by this site regarding this reservation. This isn’t the first time, it’s the second. I will not be using this site any longer.

Hotel shuttle took 50 mins to arrive, despite using the robo call to confirm our arrival which ate into precious sleeping time. We were allocated a room right across from the elevator, which again was not conducive to sleep. Ended up leaving the hotel about an hour earlier than planned to at least relax in the Centurion lounge at the airport prior to our transatlantic flight. Our stay was pretty much a waste of money given the fact that we solely booked our stay in order to sleep after our redeye flight from the west coast and before our flight to Europe.

The cleaning staff hadn't yet arrived by the time I was ready to check in. I was forced to wait 50 minutes and was not compensated for their negligence. Asked if the check out time could be extended to satisfy the time wasted waiting for tardy cleaning staff to arrive, but was told they could not do that. Of course they could, they simply chose not to. On the check-in desk there is a sign that boasts "The Hilton Garden Inn Promise" which is their commitment to making every guest's stay "better and brighter," guaranteed. If something isn't right, supposedly a team member will make it right. Well, not in my case. If only a company whose business model is based on hospitality, actually delivered on their advertisement slogans. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel stay was fine. What’s concerning is that I got a separate charge for the stay from the hotel in addition to using hotelsbyday. Hidden additional fees are absolutely ridiculous!

My complain was that to check in It’s took them a while and I was the only one in the line. So I was thinking it will be a little bit faster. The second complain There was a few hair in the top.

Room was occupied by someone else after we were told it was clean and ready. The carpet smelled and the bathroom was unclean. Overall a poor experience

Room was smelly like used socks, room was between floors to haul luggage half way down from lobby to the elevator access. Was asked to park at the back with direct access to room floor with fewer steps but the notice on the door on the way out said for emergency exit only. Had to go all the way around. Pool access required manually calling someone to open as the reader was not functional. It looked like they allow public use of pool as well with visitors crowding later at around 6.30pm. Coffee machine in the room but no coffee or other ingredients
