                        Although the staff were friendly, there was a lot of noise from thw disco around the pool and ongoing building/renovation work in the hotel.                         I paid ahead because the site stated that I was guaranteed a room if paid ahead. When I arrived at my check-in time I was told that a room would not be available until 12:30 and there was no guarantee I would have a room. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was magically placed in an available room. This is unacceptable and hotel and Hotels by Day should have the kinks worked out for guests who pay ahead online. Please get this worked out with the hotels that you are showing DAY use availability for. Thanks

                        The A/C and heater was from 1970’s Making noise and not so effective. The pool was suppose to be heated , it was very very cold. And for the size of the hotel, the size of the pool was extremely small. No jacuzzi!!!

                        Room was nice and bed was good size but we were originally given a room that the bed wasn’t made and had trash on it.

                        Room was not cleaned very well. Powder on dresser was a concern, realized it was from coffee mate. Washroom sink wasn’t cleaned well. We were dead tired and just needed sleep for a layover. Will not go back. Shuttle from airport was traumatizing, driver speeding to fast we felt airborne ! Oh yea, don’t lock bathroom door.                         This hotel looks nice but only in the lobby. Chose this hotel because we needed somewhere to hang out and it had airport shuttle. The rooms are very dated and the tub in the room we had was filthy. Had we been staying overnight i would have requested a refund or different room. We did utilize the bar for food which was very good! Don't rely on the airport shuttle though. We waited 45mins for airport shuttle after being told he should be back in 15 mins. When asked if they could call to see where he was, the only respond the driver would give is that he was stuck in traffic, which seemed to be a lie because we wind up calling an Uber so that we could get to airport on time and made it to the airport in 10 mins.

                        Shower wasn’t clean, black hairs on floor-this is a big deal for me, sorry. And I was very hungry after travel- just remember -no room service, and it was late for breakfast.

                        The information was contradictory. It was stated that all services were available, but elsewhere in the process, it indicated that the pool was not. A message was sent to the hotel to clarify the situation, but no response was received.

                        Used this hotel during a layover in Boston to store bags and freshen up before heading to the airport. The location in the downtown area was fine and the room itself was a decent size and clean, but the property as a whole is in need of refurbishment.
First impressions weren’t great—the receptionist was very surly and not welcoming at all. On the other hand, the concierge team was excellent: extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made a big difference.
Huge negative was the shower, with water that was barely warm, which made freshening up very uncomfortable.
Overall, it was adequate for a short day use, but wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

                        When we arrived at 9:00, the double room wasn't available. There were only teen rooms, and after some discussion, I waited an hour for a double room.

                        No food access. Breakfast closed at 11, dinner opens at 4. No info available in room for local options. Porter took bags to room, failed to mention my mother had already tipped him when I offered a tip. Called to have bags taken down, no one showed up, no call saying if would be awhile. After 15 min I wrangled 5 suitcases and a wheelchair bound mother to the elevator. A housekeeper assisted me getting everything in.

                        Overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. Farther from the airport than I thought. It did not state to call the hotel for shuttle service. I called but was put on hold. The voice loop stated that shuttles will come regularly. That is not the case. You have to call. Waited over one hour before we got picked up. Reception staff were understanding and provided us a complimentary breakfast.

                        We stayed for a few hours, just took a nap, and then moved on. A comfortable space, good location. They only took away a star because they overcharged us for some reason. No parties or crazy things; we left early.
