Damp rug smell permeated the room and made it hard to nap. The ild rug smell also made me feel that the rug musy not be clean so i felt i needed to wear my slippers at all times.

Called before going and they couldn't find booking and do not have an available room for the time booked
The hotel was adequate and clean-no frills. This was the first hotel by day booking and check in was slow and frustrating. Hotels by day customer service was helpful and quick, but the person at the getting desk was rude. This hotel requires a $100 deposit.

Had me switch over to 3 different rooms. First room I had to call in 3 times for 1 hour someone to check on my room cause the air-conditioning is faulty. Switched me over to another room but minutes later I was advised that I shouldn't be in that room because it's for a highter paid amount, then switched me over to a room that I finally had my peace on. Overall terrible service for a first time customer.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets and the towels. The room was smelly. I left within 5 min after checkin and they wouldn't refund me the amount despite the terrible condition of the room.

No connection at intercom, no slippers
