Damp rug smell permeated the room and made it hard to nap. The ild rug smell also made me feel that the rug musy not be clean so i felt i needed to wear my slippers at all times.

There could have been more shade on the pool but everything else was wonderful and we had a great stay at the holiday inn Toulouse airport
The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water and nice towels. The staff were pleasant.

The hotel was adequate and clean-no frills. This was the first hotel by day booking and check in was slow and frustrating. Hotels by day customer service was helpful and quick, but the person at the getting desk was rude. This hotel requires a $100 deposit.

Hotel muy Bonito, Personal muy Amable, pero pedí habitación con Jacuzzi y no estaba disponible el día de la reservación y pedí cama king Size y me dieron habitación de 2 camas, la idea era pasar un momento romántico en Pareja

The room was absolutely fantastic. I’m managing a chronic illness so having somewhere I could go and nap was essential. The only reason it isn’t a 5 star rating is because it wasn’t possible to use the bed - this was made very clear in the listing and I knew I was going to be napping on the sofa, so that was fine. But I would have been willing to pay a bit more to have the day room and have use of the bed - possibly an option for Zoku to look into. And if I ever need a space to have meetings in Copenhagen, I know where to go - it’s definitely a space I would use for that.

We needed a clean, comfortable room in an area with convenient eating/leisure options. Our room was quiet, roomy and comfortable - got the required nap in - and was handy to a selection of great eateries. Staff were friendly and efficient. Only negative was the price - bit high for the day room offering but otherwise met all our needs.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Got off a river cruise in the morning and the long onward flight was at 8pm. Was able to relax for the day. Suited us fine.
The hotel location was ideal for the airport, only 5 minutes to our terminal using the shuttle bus. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. Tea and Coffee machine was very useful. Use of the pool was a bonus.From our point of view the only downside was the lack a European power socket.
The bath tub is not that clean molds on the side of the tiles

Great hotel for a long layover in NYC. We landed before 8am and checked out after 2pm for our next flight. We were able to rest, freshen up, and repack. It was a perfect solution for our travel.
The customer service was great, friendly staff. The reason it did not receive a better rating, the room smelled a little stale (like it had been closed up for awhile.... (but I carry Lysol wipes and candles) and the shower leaked.

I would rate my stay 5-star if not for the very slow hotel shuttle service. Check in was simple and I was able to get into my room earlier with a small upcharge. I had everything I needed for a few hours of sleep and a nice shower. Really helped with preventing travel fatigue
