My stay at the Comfort Inn JFK Airport just barely met expectations. The room was clean enough not to go played but they definitely were areas of dirt that were missed in the cleaning including substrands of hairs and the bed sheets. Room definitely is in need of a lot a lot of the walls and furniture are scuffed up. Check in was easy and nice, but unfortunately while I was in my room the cleaning staff were cleaning the other rooms in the hallway and we're very loud yelling to each other making jokes and even pulling pranks on each other where they would jump at and scare each other. How'd I know this because I could hear it loud and clear from my room. Overall, I'm thankful that I was able to have a day stay at this hotel during my 10-hour layover, but I would not have been happy to have slept in this hotel overnight.

Very Disappointed with Our Stay Unfortunately, our experience at the La Quinta Inn in Buffalo was far below expectations. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was trash left behind the toilet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the entire room. The overall condition of the room felt neglected and unclean, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. When you book a hotel, you expect a clean and comfortable environment, but this property did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves housekeeping practices so future guests don’t have the same experience. ⭐ 1/5 Stars Cleanliness is one of the most important parts of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this location missed the mark completely.

They cancelled at the hotel just as I arrived to use the room for a work meeting.

Friendly and easy check in. The room was okay for a few hours but had an odor and visible mold in the bathroom

Damp rug smell permeated the room and made it hard to nap. The ild rug smell also made me feel that the rug musy not be clean so i felt i needed to wear my slippers at all times.

The hotel was adequate and clean-no frills. This was the first hotel by day booking and check in was slow and frustrating. Hotels by day customer service was helpful and quick, but the person at the getting desk was rude. This hotel requires a $100 deposit.

Had me switch over to 3 different rooms. First room I had to call in 3 times for 1 hour someone to check on my room cause the air-conditioning is faulty. Switched me over to another room but minutes later I was advised that I shouldn't be in that room because it's for a highter paid amount, then switched me over to a room that I finally had my peace on. Overall terrible service for a first time customer.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets and the towels. The room was smelly. I left within 5 min after checkin and they wouldn't refund me the amount despite the terrible condition of the room.

I didn't appreciate the old room by the laundry, water took forever to get hot, peeling paint, environment dirty before you enter. It wasn't considered a suite. Room 416 should not be reserved for anyone, if anything a break room for staff. I called the front desk and was told that was all they had. I was very unhappy 🙁 🙁

The shower was amazing but the WiFi was terrible. I booked so that I could work and I couldn't really do that.

Hotel staff was 45 minutes late in getting us a room and then when we went down to get lunch, their restaurant was closed. Room was fine for a shower and nap, and location was good for a quick shuttle to the airport.

One of the most essential parts of my stay was to be Taking a Shower. The water in that room's shower would not heat up at all. Cold cold shower- horrible upsetting disappointing yuck
