Room had access problems as we were locked out in the early afternoon, when check out is at 6 pm. We had to go to the front desk to reactivate cards. The AC unit was not working and temperature went up to 77° in the room when the setting was 64°. It was difficult to enjoy the room.

Nice property to spend time at after getting off cruise ship waiting for a late night flight. The fact there is an additional Resort Fee of $42 should be in the total price. Despite warning of the possibility of a Resort Fee The booking company has to know there is one so it should be in the price.
