The service of hotel use 9am-5pm was fantastic and the check-in was a breeze. The layout the hotel was challenging getting to the room, and travelled home with dirty laundry as the laundry was on a different floor. The room had a musky smell that I couldn’t get past…all in all purpose solved.

We had a 12 hour layover following a cruise and booked a day room at the DoubleTree By Hilton By Seattle Airport. It was an excellent experience from the HotelsbyDay booking to the refreshing stay. A free shuttle took us to the airport and we were on our way.

I only give it 2 stars bc we only found it through this site. I would have given 5 if they had followed through with our reservation. I booked through hotelsbyday, even got a confirmation email, but they did not notify the hotel. Luckly we were still able to get a room.

We were coming of a 14 day cruise and looking to decompress before heading on a late evening red eye flight going home. This Double Tree had all the amenities that we needed. The room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room and there is a nice outdoor pool. There are on premises restaurants and also ones nearby this hotel. The airport shuttle was convenient and a short ride to the airport

What a great option!! Our cruise ended at 9am and our flight was not until 11pm, it was going to be a 5 hr flight home. We were able to relax, take a nap and shower. Happy hour was 4-5 so we had a few drinks and a wonderful cup of clam chowder before being shuttled for free to the airport!!!

Hotel is very dated. They put us in rooms all the way in back of resort, extremely far from lobby. The elevator was not working & had to haul luggage to different elevator when leaving. It was a chilly day and the hot tub was taped off, so we couldn’t use it. The one positive comment was the front desk was very friendly.
