Radisson has great service, nice rooms, the maid took the luggage cart back downstairs for me. I had seven bags. Very helpful a wonderful day stay!!! DSS

Overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. Farther from the airport than I thought. It did not state to call the hotel for shuttle service. I called but was put on hold. The voice loop stated that shuttles will come regularly. That is not the case. You have to call. Waited over one hour before we got picked up. Reception staff were understanding and provided us a complimentary breakfast.

Fast checking in very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable. On leaving the hotel we was greeted by the Junior Hotel Ambassador who offered us free ice cream which was a lovely touch. The curtesy bus from the hotel was on time and clean with a safe and pleasant driver.

We stayed for a few hours, just took a nap, and then moved on. A comfortable space, good location. They only took away a star because they overcharged us for some reason. No parties or crazy things; we left early.

The hotel stay was fine. What’s concerning is that I got a separate charge for the stay from the hotel in addition to using hotelsbyday. Hidden additional fees are absolutely ridiculous!

Booking and check-in were quick and easy. Room was clean and there was complimentary water. Much more comfortable than sitting in the airport for hours before a long flight home.

Excellente idée ! J'ai pu dormir et prendre une douche. Seul problème : j'avais réservé la chambre jusqu'à 16 h, mais ils ont essayé de la nettoyer jusqu'à 15 h 10 !

My complain was that to check in It’s took them a while and I was the only one in the line. So I was thinking it will be a little bit faster. The second complain There was a few hair in the top.
