Fantastic Hotel and service. Good pool area and free airport shuttle service. The rooms were big and very clean. In fact the whole hotel looked to be recently refurbished and smelled clean. Throughout our stay we always seen staff cleaning different areas. Would have loved to see a launderette service on top but cannot complain.

We absolutely loved the hot water. It was so nice after getting off of a cruise ship for five days. We also love the driver and the shuttle is very nice to have to get back to the airport. Staff was also very kind gentleman at the desk is very helpful.

The hotel room was nice but the service in the restaurant/bar was not as expected. There were 11 of us and we wanted the bar menu but they made us go to the restaurant and order off that menu. It was not what we wanted. Also, the service was slow and there was no one else in the restaurant. They never offered us anything else to drink but water and then with that they took forever to refill the glasses.

I had a fabulous, but brief stay I was pleasantly surprised as my experience with another day use service was awful last year. The first impression was gorgeous. the lobby and exterior were beautiful. the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. the room was big and comfy the staff everywhere were helpful. and it was close to the airport as well. would return her for a longer stay. the vlaue for the money was great. i appreciate any hotel doing day rooms as i found this very difficult to find in the past.

Hotels by day charged my credit card, then the hotel also charged me for the same room. Tried calling the hotel, but the front desk people who answer the phone are apparently powerless to do anything about it. I was told “my manager should already be here, but is not here yet.” Promised a call back later. We’ll see if that happens.

My experience had the potential to be a 5-star stay; however, the very strong musty odor in the room upon arrival was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and I appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool before my departure. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a valuable convenience.

This hotel looks nice but only in the lobby. Chose this hotel because we needed somewhere to hang out and it had airport shuttle. The rooms are very dated and the tub in the room we had was filthy. Had we been staying overnight i would have requested a refund or different room. We did utilize the bar for food which was very good! Don't rely on the airport shuttle though. We waited 45mins for airport shuttle after being told he should be back in 15 mins. When asked if they could call to see where he was, the only respond the driver would give is that he was stuck in traffic, which seemed to be a lie because we wind up calling an Uber so that we could get to airport on time and made it to the airport in 10 mins.
