1h after i checked in when I was in the swimming pool the receptionist called me asking if I could change to another room for technical issues. Initially they didn’t have my second room ready, after my complain (for a 10-16h reservation it was unacceptable not to have access to a room!) they gave me a second room. The technical issues might be in that second room they gave me since it had a horrible sewage smell. I didn’t complain again, just went back to the swimming pool and enjoyed it and came back to the room for a quick shower and left. The rooftop terrace and swimming pool is beautiful with views to the city. Had a tasty lunch also in the terrace. Overall, seeing the room issues the price is expensive for the service you get. To some extend the rooftop terrace compensates it, but honestly I couldn’t have stayed in that room longer due to the smell.

I have stayed here before for long layovers during the day. It is walkable from the airport terminal, has friendly staff for a quick checkin, and then provides a comfortable rest before a long flight.
Everything was exceptionally well and was perfect for my man and I. We needed a place to rest and relax while traveling for work. The amenities and accommodation were great. We will most definitely stay here every time we need it.

Room was spotless and ready. Staff on check in and out efficient and pleasant. Nice view. Great experience.
Check in had no rooms available, asked us to wait , we did, check in time passed had to go up to desk to ask, they called and informed me it would be another 20mins, 20mins passed and I had again to go up to the desk and they called again and finally got me sorted, ended up in a room 45mins past the allowed check in time, we only needed the room until 11:00 so our use was severely curtailed

there were little ants by the coffee maker. Room staff came in to clean it but there might have been underneath the furniture not coming from the coffee maker.
