They were confused at the reception and the bar about the cash I could redeem in food and beverages. They asked me in the bar for a printed voucher from reception and the girl in reception went to the bar to clarify. Still in the car they asked me to pay. It seems they are not used to this day pass. You could not order from the pool. They make you go downstairs to order. Food quality average. Pool ver cool and nice views but I would expect something else from a 5 stars hotel

Met most expectation. The price and availability of hotels is good but I wish there was more hotels available in more areas
