Bad check-in experience. Desk clerk couldn't find our reservation after 10 minutes of looking. 2nd person, who was chatting on the phone the whole time, finally said he received a phone call the day before, and found our booking. If he weren't there we may not have got a room.

The AC was not working properly. At first, it did not mattered but as the day got hoter, it was not effective. The therostat is one of the old manual type. Horrible experience.

NO FUNCTIONING A/C !!! When checking in the front desk lady stated that there was issues with the room A/C, in all rooms and they're working on it. Well we checked in at 11am and had the room till 7pm. By 1pm still no room cooling so they brought us a fan and we blocked open the door to the hallway as it was cooled by A/C and used the fan to bring in cool air. Didn't help at all so we sat outside for about a 1hr and then decided to just ck out and head back to the airport. Sorry was the only thing said by the front desk when I returned my room key. 🙄🙄👎👎

Room had access problems as we were locked out in the early afternoon, when check out is at 6 pm. We had to go to the front desk to reactivate cards. The AC unit was not working and temperature went up to 77° in the room when the setting was 64°. It was difficult to enjoy the room.

The Sea Crest was a wonderful place to spend the day for my daughter's birthday. We used the beach, the arcade, the restaurant, the bar, and the pool. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is that there was only one restaurant choice, and 2 of the other options were closed. The food was limited and expensive. The staff was friendly, and the accommodations for our needs were perfect. I would do this again.
