I was dreading my stay as I’d spent a night there 2 weeks previously in a bed with an un ironed cover and with a lumpy pillow, however my day room was much better and was adequate for my needs. I did think it was expensive though.

While we are happy to hear that you had a better room assigned to you for your day stay than your night stay, we regret to hear that the rate was high. Keep in mind that the whole world is in Miami during this time (or at least, that's how it feels) and that of course hotels are doing what they can to keep demand in check with the limited supply.

The hotel was perfect for our needs between a Cruise and a late flight. Very friendly helpful reception staff. The bar menu was good and the food was excellent. I recommend the Caesar Salad with chicken. My husband had Pizza, equally good. The location was ideal because we could go out for a walk. Although we didn't use it, the pool area was nice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very convenient.

The experience was flawless and met every expectation. We had 8 hours to kill post-cruise and spending it in the privacy of our own room, rather than in airport chairs, was an absolute luxury. But the cost, for this luxury was surprisingly affordable.

The hotel charged me for the room a second time, although I already paid through this site. I could not get them on the phone to discuss. The man at check in was not at the desk, seemed irritated that I called for him, and was rude when I asked if I could process my check-in 30 minutes early. I only want the paperwork complete so that I could leave for food and then go to my room when my check in time started. Also, the lobby was a nightmare due to renovations.

Easy to communicate with the hotel who picked us up at the hotel and checked us in with ease. Great room, use of gym and breakfast. Shuttle service doesn't start until 3pm so that might be a challenge for some folks. Recommend day use here.

We needed somewhere to stay before a late flight out of Miami. The room was clean and the AC worked well. It was near a maintenance elevator, so it could be noisy at times. We had lunch from the bar menu, and Carlo (bartender/waiter) was so friendly and great. The food was good. I had called ahead to confirm our reservation and asked if the pool was heated, and was told yes. However, during our stay, the pool was ice cold. It was a bummer not being able to use it as expected. The front desk staff were very kind. We also used the airport shuttle, which had a lot of people on it, but they were able to accommodate everyone by using a second shuttle.
