I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for a paying customer. I arrived for my scheduled check-in for a room I had already paid for in full, only to be met with hostilty and a flat-out refusal to let me check in. ​Not only was the staff incredibly rude and dismissive, but they also refused to provide a valid reason for denying me the room I booked. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund. ​Let’s be clear: This hotel took my money, refused to provide the service I paid for, and is now effectively stealing that payment. ​Save yourself the headache and the money. Do not book here unless you enjoy being insulted and robbed. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this establishment to every travel authority possible.

Room was not as pictured, just not as clean and nice. Pretty dingy. Hotel is under construction so no pool is available. Did not get to decide what kind of bed was given, used the room for a photoshoot with my daughter for mother's day.

The hotel was beautiful with wonderful amenities, however, we booked the hotel because we thought it had said check out was 5pm but when we got there the girl at the desk said it was 4 because the reservation stayed checkout was “before 5pm.” So she called her supervisor and said we could stay until 4:30 at the latest. That was fine. But we started getting multiple phone calls reminding us of the checkout time and making sure we knew to be out on time. We left the hotel and got to the airport and I had missed 2 calls from the hotel making sure we checked out along with an email stating we must check out by 4:30 and we must go down to the front desk to check out. I called immediately and they said no problem but it was pretty disruptive and annoying how often they were calling about checking out. Other than that the stay was great.

When I arrived they didn’t find my reservation and were going to charge me again, I had to wait for about 45 mins for them to find it and validate the payment I made more than one month ago. Hotel room was fine but internet connection was very unstable and stopped working so I had to use my phone hotspot. Menu for room service was not available and when I ask for it they never delivered

The hotel did not have our reservation so we had to wait about an hour to figure out rebooking. The room was dirty. The bed had an huge divot in the center. Our key cards stopped working a couple times. And there was no pool

After checking in, I was given my key. When I opened my room. Somebody was already there. I went to the lobby. got a 2nd key and the same thing happened. I made it the 3rd time.

Our room was not ready when it was suppose to be (900- had til wait til 1000 and I had to go and check to see if the room was ready) One elevator seemed to work . Thankfully we were only on the 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage down to leave . The front desk seemed annoyed that I was there for a day room

Wanted a day room due with pool facilities due to a late flight. Was informed that hotel pool was closed only after completing the booking. Was advised that sister hotel next door had a pool we could use. Complete lack of usable sun beds meant we couldn’t relax. The sunbeds that were there were broken and unsightly. Very disappointing!!

Our reservation was from 10-6. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room! I told him I had a medical need he said he did not care. Our room was not a priority. Don’t book unless you don’t care if it won’t be ready. Also lots of cursing over the loud speaker with children present.

The room looked nice but needed minor touchups. After exiting the room once, the keycard wouldn't open the room door again. The front desk issued me new keycards, and those did not work. After spending an hour going back and forth two more times, I had to be let in with a set of physical keys. At this point, I had very little time left in the room and had to scarf down my already cold food.

The hotel charged me for the room a second time, although I already paid through this site. I could not get them on the phone to discuss. The man at check in was not at the desk, seemed irritated that I called for him, and was rude when I asked if I could process my check-in 30 minutes early. I only want the paperwork complete so that I could leave for food and then go to my room when my check in time started. Also, the lobby was a nightmare due to renovations.

Wanted to spend the day sitting around watching TV, reading, etc waiting for my 9pm flight. At this hotel, the room was very cold (was told no heat in hotel), TV did not work, no place to sit except bed and desk chair. After inquiry at front desk, a man tried unsuccessfully to get TV to work. Front desk said they would call when they could move us to another room. Never called. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I love the soft pillow, the man who came to repair the TV, the maid that I interacted with, and one of the two front desk people were all very nice and helpful. But, even wearing two sweatshirts and a long sleeved knit shirt, the only place I could stay warm enough was under covers in the bed.

Told weather was bad tried to cancel could not lady at front desk just did not want to be bothered lost our money no refun

Have you contacted our services to get a refund?  As we're the agent, we would also be the ones working on your behalf with the hotel to plead your case and get a refund from them.
