The front desk wasn't informational, my room got walked into why we was in the bed.The front desk was rude about everything, check in keys wasn't right.I've been doing day stay with them and it's aways something wrong.The front desk worker laughed at me like it was a joke,they will talk about a paying guess in your face.People was walking up needing help no one could do that they all was in the back,not very clean. They only clean with glass cleaner sad stay!

We wanted to a room after long haul night flight before returning home. We got to the hotel but they could not find our booking which we’d booked and paid for over a month prior. It took 3 staff including manager an hour to get us checked in despite me showing them confirmation. This wasn’t acceptable and very disappointing service will not use again

Just completed my stay at Dena hotel.
The ecperience was not what I expected from a luxurious high end property. The room was fairly decent with a great bed and TV. Lighting was good, heating and A/C was also exceptional. But the bathroom sucked.
The sink was very small and the fixture was glued to the edge of the sink. How is one expected to wash their hands. The shower was beyond horrible with a curtain rather than door. The shower head was on the wrong wall which sprayed water past the curtain to the outside. Clearly designed for handicapped people but very poorly built. Very small and lots of empty unused space. Hardly any towels for two guests. I am extremely disappointed, let alone disgusted. If I stay here again, it had better not happen again as I would have paid the same price for another room. And the girl at the front desk was a poor excuse for an employee with her attitude. What does that mean you checked in early ?? Are you kidding me ???

Because I made the cancellation of the reservation and they ended up charging me the reservation price... and they don't want to refund the money... bad service

I am a travel agent, and I have always wanted to see the Nautilus hotel. On November 24th, I disembarked from a cruise at 8 AM and had to wait until 8:45 PM for my flight, so it would be an excellent opportunity to visit the hotel and enjoy its facilities on a perfect beach day.
My surprise was that upon arrival, the entire pool area was under renovation or maintenance, and I had no opportunity to enjoy anything since the beach is not to my liking. I hope that in future occasions, there can be a warning that the hotel is undergoing maintenance to avoid unpleasant surprises that ruin your day.

Front desk lady was rude, Upon arrival instead of greeting she rudely ask are you here for delivery? What are you delivering?
I told her that I have a booking here what is included in the stay? She said just the room while on the booking website listed many few amenities. She checked in and gave me the key but didn’t show me the directions which way to go nothing and surprisingly she was front desk manager. I have been to many different marriot hotels around the world but by far this is the worst. Not returning here or probably anyother marriot hotel.
Then room was too noisy.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. Your experience of us not being friendly or flexible is below our standard. Unfortunately the day your booking was we had a sold out hotel with sports teams, we try to control the noise levels as best as possible but are not always successful with that many guests in the hotel.
As we are a limited service property we do not have the same amenities as a full service property, we do have all the amenities per Marriott standards. Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent this from occurring in the future. Hotel has spacious and nice rooms but Management needs refresh. Room not ready on check-in and then construction noise for 4 hours during stay making sleep impossible. This on-going work was not mentioned when booking.

It was a terrible experience for one main reason—the drilling and construction were extremely disturbing and disruptive. Unfortunately, I couldn’t work in such a terrible environment. I want my money back!

Room was advertised as a day use stay that I booked as a place to sleep during a 13 hour layover. It was actually a short stay love hotel with room rates by the hour. The shower was dirty and the nozzle leaked profusely. The bed only came with a sheet and the window AC sounded like a jet engine. I had the room reserved for 6am to 4pm. Imagine trying to sleep and getting called at noon to find out if I was done with the room yet. Definitely don’t book this place if you are looking to get any rest.

There was no reservation on file and the hotel was fully booked for 3 weeks. I was given a false positive by this site regarding this reservation. This isn’t the first time, it’s the second. I will not be using this site any longer.

Hotel shuttle took 50 mins to arrive, despite using the robo call to confirm our arrival which ate into precious sleeping time. We were allocated a room right across from the elevator, which again was not conducive to sleep. Ended up leaving the hotel about an hour earlier than planned to at least relax in the Centurion lounge at the airport prior to our transatlantic flight. Our stay was pretty much a waste of money given the fact that we solely booked our stay in order to sleep after our redeye flight from the west coast and before our flight to Europe.

The cleaning staff hadn't yet arrived by the time I was ready to check in. I was forced to wait 50 minutes and was not compensated for their negligence. Asked if the check out time could be extended to satisfy the time wasted waiting for tardy cleaning staff to arrive, but was told they could not do that. Of course they could, they simply chose not to. On the check-in desk there is a sign that boasts "The Hilton Garden Inn Promise" which is their commitment to making every guest's stay "better and brighter," guaranteed. If something isn't right, supposedly a team member will make it right. Well, not in my case. If only a company whose business model is based on hospitality, actually delivered on their advertisement slogans. Extremely disappointed.
