The hotel accommodated us earlier than the reservation of 10am. We were on a cruise that got in at 7am, & our flight to home wasn't until 3:30pm. We did not want to hang out at the airport for sure. We were able to take advantage of the hotel's complimentary breakfast, & take a nap before or flight. Nice & friendly staff. The hotel was clean.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Customer service was excellent, enjoyed the use of spa. Would definitely come again.

Our flight arrived early and we headed to the place we originally booked called The W Phil Hotel to see if we could get an early check in to get ready for a funeral that would occur in 4 hours. We had traveled from across the other side of the country to get here. They said they didn’t have any rooms available and would text us if they did. Unfortunately, we were there waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. After scrambling to find a place just to get ready, we found Hotels by day at Sofitel and was able to book a room with them. It was an easy process and relieved a lot of stress. The front desk and valet were very kind and the rooms were very clean. Although we only needed the room to get ready, we thank Sofitel and their staff for being so accommodating. We would have missed the funeral if it weren’t for their accommodation. Thank you.

Nice spacious clean room. Easy check in and check out. The room had all the accessories I needed at the moment. A nice spot for a refresh.

absolutely gorgeous hotel and the perfect place for us to relax before our flight home

I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for a paying customer. I arrived for my scheduled check-in for a room I had already paid for in full, only to be met with hostilty and a flat-out refusal to let me check in. ​Not only was the staff incredibly rude and dismissive, but they also refused to provide a valid reason for denying me the room I booked. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund. ​Let’s be clear: This hotel took my money, refused to provide the service I paid for, and is now effectively stealing that payment. ​Save yourself the headache and the money. Do not book here unless you enjoy being insulted and robbed. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this establishment to every travel authority possible.

Room was not as pictured, just not as clean and nice. Pretty dingy. Hotel is under construction so no pool is available. Did not get to decide what kind of bed was given, used the room for a photoshoot with my daughter for mother's day.

This is a beautiful and super clean hotel in a very convenient location. The only difficulty is that it is often difficult to book a room. Their staff is super friendly and very professional. They will make your stay great! The hotel also improved their parking situation and now it is free and easy to park at the hotel. Try this hotel and you will be very happy!!! 😊

Nice room and nice staff

Very clean and excellent customer service. The hotel is centrally located and the hours to use their amenities is very convenient. I would definitely visit this hotel again.
