The hotel was great as we left our cruise and had a late flight. We had planned to swim relax sort cases before our flight but there was heavy rain so didn't swim! The hotel is dated but functional we had lovely lunch at the bar albeit the staff were not friendly...The room was clean and had toiletries the shuttle to the airport was efficient and free. For the price it served the purpose.

The resort was not able to find our reservation information which ended up in us waiting two hours without being able to reach customer service. Luckily the resort was extremely accommodating and worked everything out for us but it was a stressful experience overall. I would absolutely return to this resort but am hesitant to use this website again.

Always a great day stay and staff is always helpful and clean room
Booked same day and paid online . I just needed a couple hrs for a shower and refresh before my next flight. When I got there they wanted to charge me again and said it wasn’t paid. I ended up leaving because it was so frustrating. Besides the fact that the place is horrible.

Very nice hotel and very convenient to return to the airport for our on-going flight. We slept for 5-6 hours, which was perfect for time zone adjustment.

This was exactly what we needed to freshen up after a long haul flight and before commencing our road trip. The hotel check in was simple and the room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is a little older building with few maintenance issues with room AC and elevators. Hotel front desk was kind to let me switch the room as 1st one had AC not cooling beyond 82 degrees. 2nd room was more spacious with a king bed and a desk and a working AC. Just the bath tub had markings and need some attention. Elevators were out of order in the afternoon.

The staff member who checked us in was terrific - courteous, personable, and very helpful with the questions we had. Hotel room was very clean. Overall, a terrific first experience with Hotels By Day and look forward to utilizing the service more. Thank you!
Room was beautiful, very clean. Check-in process was easy and our room was ready when we arrived. We got off a cruise in the morning and our flight was not until 9pm, so the day use option was perfect. We were able to take a nap, shower, and go out to eat before our flight, and our luggage was safe in our room. Highly recommend if you have a late flight after a cruise!
