The hotel and room were spotless. The staff at check-in knew exactly how to handle this reservation and even offered to add my loyalty membership to the booking to accrue points. We enjoyed a warm day so we took advantage of the pool and found the staff throughout the property to be really kind and helpful. The location was close enough to walk from the cruise port and right on a bus and subway line. 10/10 would book a full stay at this hotel.
