The hotel that i booked in Guangzhou (China) was totally not aware about the daily use. So my early check in, that was supposed be at 1 AM was actually at 10 AM letting me wait from 7Am for three hours. All this with a 6 hour jet leg and a new flight to catch at midnight. The support was totally useless asking me to give the numbers and email of the hotel because they where not able to reach the hotel. As answer i just received “apologies we are out of resources to help you”. So by my side was a horrible experience with hotels by day
