I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding our recent stay. There were no issues with check-in, and the staff were professional and efficient, quickly locating our booking through the app. However, I did notice that the suite we stayed in didn’t quite match the picture shown on the app. While the room was spacious and decent, there was a slight unpleasant smell, and the floor felt a bit greasy. The amenities are somewhat limited, offering only a bathtub and a breakfast hall. Additionally, the room lacked proper ventilation, even after adjusting the air conditioning temperature. I also wanted to mention that I’d love to see more family- and kid-friendly hotel options added to your listings in the future. ????
