The hotel room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with fresh towels and toiletries which was great to shower after a long flight. We chose the day use hotel for a nap after a red eye flight but after we fell asleep a worker from the hotel knocked on the door, waking us up. I answered it and he told us we were supposed to check out that day and I informed him we had just checked in. He didn’t know that the room was rented out for day use. Frustrating to interrupt sleep dealing with that. Also, my son and husband got stuck in the elevator because the room keycard they were given didn’t work. They had to press the emergency help button in the elevator to contact an operator. Eventually someone else opened the elevator to get in so they could get out. We were disappointed to pay so much for an interrupted nap and elevator/room key card issues, but it was also good to have a place to rest and shower after a long flight before we could check in to our condo.
