Everyone was nice and the room was great! Shuttle wait at the airport was too long. Promised early check in, but when I finally got there in the shuttle, had to wait til standard time. However, they gave us free breakfast tickets.

This was perfect for a 14 hour wait in between getting off a cruise and getting on a very late flight. I had no idea this was even an option. Will be using again in the future if it is needed. Convenient location to the airport. Also has a shuttle if it is needed.

The hotel is seedy at best. Hand prints on the head boards, foreign hairs all over the floor and tub. It served it's purpose and was better than staying in the airport for 7 hrs. I still wouldn't come back in the future. There's nothing to eat in walking distance so everything they sell is grossly inflated.

Rodeway has always served us whether staying over or day use. But the desk service this time was disorganised, busy as cruise people arrivals and departures took place. When Day use room is 10 till 6 and have paid for that room, they should make certain rooms are ready for that time. Not be told to wait aside for for a room. I had to be firm after 20 mins. that my husband age 84 could not be expected to stand around waiting, so pushing her to prioritise us, don't like doing that, but they need to up their act or lower the price to an hourly rate, as we had to leave at 4pm as it was. The room and facilities were very good as usual otherwise.

Booked room from 10am to 6pm as we just got off a cruise ship and couldn't fly out until 9pm. Room wasn't ready until well after 11am, front desk person was not friendly, just kept telling us to come back every 20 mins to inquire about the room being ready. Also, room attendants knocked on our door multiple times looking to clean our room before our checkout time of 6pm which was annoying. Pros... the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was included which was a nice perk. Not sure I'd stay here overnight, very busy /noisy location. Rooms were mediocre at best.

It was a perfect day to spend a layover day , usable rooms nice convenience store with liquor and beer . Very busy in the moring with all the cruise transfers very well planned . More shaded areas outside would defiantly be a bonus . Good restaurant next door was quick and yummy

Ease of booking, property was clean and just what we needed between our cruise and our flight home. On site restaurant was very good. Shuttle service was so-so and I would recommend a taxi instead. Gentleman on PA system outside could have been done away with as his jokes were not necessary. Overall, I would recommend this place for day use.

We got off our cruise at 9:30am and had a 7pm flight home. We booked the hotel for the day, and had lunch at the attached restaurant and the took a nap before the flight home. We were so pleased to have the option, instead of spending the day sitting at the airport.

Place was perfect- the house keeping ladies work their butts off- they were not stop the whole time- we were there from 10am-6pm. the shuttle service to and from airport was amazing- they send you a link that you can click on so the driver knows exactly where u r and can find you in case your not in right spot. Pool was fine. room was clean. so much better than sitting in an airport from 9 am till 8:45pm. highly recommend, it was less than 10 mins from ft Lauderdale. we were 2 adults 3 kids and they only charged $10 for extra body ( rooms based on 4) there was an attached bar/restaurant, little on the pricey side- but where isn't there a pricey place any more...

First time using this site and it went very smoothly! I appreciated not having to pay in advance and not paying a booking fee like other sites use. We needed somewhere to be to avoid 10 hours at the airport after a cruise Hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Check in staff lovely. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The only downside was there are no restaurants or shops nearby within walking distance but the hotel did have lots of snacks and beverages available for purchase. Would 100% stay at the Rodeway Inn again!

However, upon check-in at the property, I was charged a total of $141.47 USD, with a pre-tax amount of $119 USD. The amount from my reservation was not respected. I contacted the property manager by email, she never replied.
