10/10 would recommend!! We had a long wait before our flight left after a cruise day and this was the absolute PERFECT place for us. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle to the airport was the icing on the cake for our stay, we will for sure be staying again after our next trip.

My flight was delayed . I was so worried . I had to take my second flight but I couldn’t take it because for the delayed of the airplane. When I rebooked I had to wait 12 hours! I made my reservation before Pay( so I was feel confidence for this ) I had my check in at 9 am and I was so thankful for the service .Yhere is a afroamerican young boy who helped me a lot ! Good service because of him. So patient and nice .

Room was very good, but hotel had work going on around main entrance, so everyone had to use side entrance and drag their luggage along because nobody had thought to put a luggage trolley at the side door - they were still by the main entrance and therefore totally useless. I pointed this out to the reception desk, but it was still the same when we left four hours later.

Very friendly service. Fantastic room. Stayed here rather than at airport. Had shuttle take me about an hour before my flight. I can't say enough good things. So much nicer taking a nap in a bed rather than the airport lobby floor.

Great hotel! We were looking for a hotel close to the airport for a few hours (late check-in). We got to the hotel only at 1pm (and the reservation was until 3pm); the lady at the reception was very kind and extended our stay until 4:30pm at no additional charge! The room itself was super comfy and very clean - just what we needed! There was a free shuttle from the hotel the airport, which was an extra bonus :) All in all, great experience and we'd highly recommend!

Hotel allowed me to pay completely in advance and that was needed because my card was hacked and I had limited funds on me and my cash card which I used for the room deposit. Room is big and well designed, very comfortable. 2 beds. Enough room for 4 adults for passing 6hrs of my 9hr layover for jus around $104 including all taxes

The check in was a little slow. The room was perfect and was everything we needed. The main issue was with the shuttle bus to the airport which was supposed to run every 20 minutes but we were kept waiting for 40 along with some airline crew as there was only 1 driver available.

First of all room was lovely and spacious so no complaints re size and cleanliness. However upon check in I was told Tv might not work and no idea when it would be working. Unfortunate but not much we could do and not the receptionist fault. I was looking forward to using pool for a few hours before a long flight and was told sorry pool unavailable and this was main reason we booked this. Then it took 4 trips back to reception to get the key to work. Then once in room the wifi did not work. So the facilities I needed I didn’t get any of them extremely annoyed paying $130 and not getting anything we expected. Even if it was for day use.
