The pool wasn’t heated as mentioned, even the shower by the pool wasn’t cold. I did not enjoy, and left after 5 minutes.

They had no record of reservation and made me wait so long I walked out.

When booked the room, my receipt was for $120.00. When I checked out, I found that my card had been charged over $170!!!! This is absolutely outrageous. If you were going to charge me $170, that’s what my receipt should have said!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

For those of you who were attracted by the cheap price(around $42), please be advised this is the price for the pool pass ONLY. It does NOT offer a room for you to stay in the daytime. As a traveler who is not quite familiar with Florida, it is easily to be confused. So if you are looking for a hotel to stay during your daytime while waiting for your cruise line or flight, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE double check with front desk what you are booking for.
hi JJ. that's quite a regretable review! all our pool passes are clearly listing the service being provided in the booking flow and in the confirmation service. Would you recommend we do something different in order to differentiate the services? Thank you JJ.
Cozy, but they overcharged for no reason. Disappointed.
