took 20 minutes to get our room once we arrived (they're "system was slow") apparently. The room I wanted was the "suite" like in the picture, but apparently there's a difference between "mini" and "studio" or "deluxe" suite, which was not clear in the reservation. The hotel was essentially empty that day, so it would've been nice to just be moved to the room we had wanted and/or been offered some sort of discount for the delay and miscommunication.

Great location as very close to the airport only issue was we had to wait for a very long time for transfer bus in the end we took the one going to Hyatt Regency and walked to H Hotels. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and clean-much better than some places in US. Great value for price paid.

Booking was easy and reservation at hotel was handled smoothly. The Embassy Suites is well run, and the room was exceptionally furnished and clean.

For future reference, the hotel does offer a dining option on the seventh floor, a steakhouse with a full bar, open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. It’s helpful to know that the location within the airport added convenience to your travel day, and your insights provide valuable direction on where service and comfort can be strengthened. Your feedback is sincerely appreciated.
As always, a beautiful experience. My partner and I enjoy a monthly daytime escape from the outside world. Easy check in, clean rooms, quiet environment, black out curtains to block out the world, water temperature is fantastic, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash excellent…we will book again.

Great place to relax if you have a long layover. Clean quiet and comfortable. Just a short walk from most gates. Or jump in the handy shuttle that runs every 15 minutes.

Sharing my experience with Hilton (Homewood Suites LAX) I’m posting this publicly because after weeks of emails, I’ve stopped receiving responses. I was charged an extra night at the Hilton LAX after I had already checked out, returned my key card, and boarded an international flight. After I provided proof I was not even in the hotel — or the country — I stopped receiving replies altogether. I’m not asking for special treatment. Just a fair investigation, transparency and a refund for a charge that doesn’t make sense. If Hilton staff reused or reissued my key card incorrectly, that’s a hotel error — not a guest’s responsibility. Posting this so other travelers are aware, and hoping Hilton will finally address this properly. Hilton — I’m still waiting for a response.

Neeeded a hotel room for 6-8 hours to wait for our late flight , after getting off our cruise. Hotel was in great shape The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Pool was nice and climate control. Room was nice, comfortable and clean . Restaurant in hotel do not recommend, very pricey. They have better options in the neighborhood for better cost and flavor.

I decided to book last minute while my kids were at Magic Mountain for the entire day. This process was so easy and the room was ready, perfect, clean and quiet. I would definitely come back and use this service again.

Room was ready an hour early which was great as we were so tired after a night flight. Room was quiet, clean and a very comfy bed. Checkout easy and no surprises with payment. Would stay again.
