The customer service was great, friendly staff. The reason it did not receive a better rating, the room smelled a little stale (like it had been closed up for awhile.... (but I carry Lysol wipes and candles) and the shower leaked.

I would rate my stay 5-star if not for the very slow hotel shuttle service. Check in was simple and I was able to get into my room earlier with a small upcharge. I had everything I needed for a few hours of sleep and a nice shower. Really helped with preventing travel fatigue

The space and decor was perfect for our meeting. The floor and bathroom was exceptionally clean and amenities were great. The only issue was the heat where it never came on. Other than that I will definitely come back

We arrived an hour early from a cruise and had to wait until 10 AM to gain access to our room. Left our phone number to receive a call when ready but by 10:15 had not heard from them so we went to check-in and received our key card. Food and beverage was slightly overpriced. Otherwise the hotel met our needs. Shuttle to airport was a great feature.

We had the best day at Alohini. Their facilities, room, swimming pool, and staff are top notch. We love the oceanarium as well. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone.

The room was nice, clean, the spa was great. High winds made it a challenge to go in the pool, but that's not on the hotel at all.

This place had it all for our layover between cruise and a later flight. Easy check in, use of beach chairs and umbrella, pool and towels. Nice room and shower. Uber is a bit pricey however with distance from Port.

Convenient location to all the major sightseeing points in Chicago. Also close to Blue line Metro line that can take you directly back to the airport.

I chose this rating because the motel is very clean and nice rooms, comfortable beds, A/C works works so good and cold, Seena at the front was very friendly and so nice at checking me in, check in. And check out was a breeze Thank you very much for the day use option
