We needed a clean, comfortable room in an area with convenient eating/leisure options. Our room was quiet, roomy and comfortable - got the required nap in - and was handy to a selection of great eateries.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Only negative was the price - bit high for the day room offering but otherwise met all our needs.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Got off a river cruise in the morning and the long onward flight was at 8pm. Was able to relax for the day. Suited us fine.

The price was right for this hotel right near the Capitol in DC. I arrived very early and my main room at another hotel wasn't ready for 8 hours. I needed a clean room for a nap and shower. The staff was super professional and the room was clean and quiet. Would stay again. It's 10am-3pm at this location.

Love the temperature of the pool. It's perfect for swimming and reminds me of Caribbean waters. The jacuzzi is not too hot, which is always nice. Always plenty of towels. The staff at the front desk are always nice. We love walking a short black to the fish restaurant right off the Redondo Beach Pier. We go to the Sonesta fairly often because we live nearby. Great drinks from the restaurant across from the check-in desk. Perfect staycation.

Enjoyed the room nice and clean in NYC but check in process they had no record of reservations which then had to be entered manually which took a while. Hope you guys can have a better integration/communication with hotels in the future.

Lovely hotel, short walk from the cruise terminal even with luggage. Easy check in, nice quiet room. Easy to get a taxi to the airport when we were ready.

The hotel location was ideal for the airport, only 5 minutes to our terminal using the shuttle bus. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. Tea and Coffee machine was very useful. Use of the pool was a bonus.From our point of view the only downside was the lack a European power socket.

Exhausted from an overnight flight. Room check in was good even if early. Bed was comfortable for a few hours rest and shower before another full day of travel. Worth it.

We found that the checkin process was seamless, the hotel staff excellent, the large room was very clean & well equipped for our day stay close to LAX. We make a special mention to the cafe staff inside the hotel as well for their outstanding service & the food was great. The free (driver tip only) shuttle service from the hotel to LAX was very good with the driver helping with our heavy bags on & off the bus, thank you.
The one thing that I found a bit off putting was the ammenities charge that we had to pay, even though we didn't use the pool or gym during our stay, But overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was perfect for what I needed to. The room was clean and the bathroom looked clean and fantastic. The front desk was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel
