We needed a clean, comfortable room in an area with convenient eating/leisure options. Our room was quiet, roomy and comfortable - got the required nap in - and was handy to a selection of great eateries.
Staff were friendly and efficient. Only negative was the price - bit high for the day room offering but otherwise met all our needs.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Got off a river cruise in the morning and the long onward flight was at 8pm. Was able to relax for the day. Suited us fine.

The hotel location was ideal for the airport, only 5 minutes to our terminal using the shuttle bus. Hotel was very clean, room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. Tea and Coffee machine was very useful. Use of the pool was a bonus.From our point of view the only downside was the lack a European power socket.

The room was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets and the towels. The room was smelly. I left within 5 min after checkin and they wouldn't refund me the amount despite the terrible condition of the room.

My previous stay on April 15 in room 320 was very nice, that's why I booked again.

I didn't appreciate the old room by the laundry, water took forever to get hot, peeling paint, environment dirty before you enter. It wasn't considered a suite. Room 416 should not be reserved for anyone, if anything a break room for staff. I called the front desk and was told that was all they had. I was very unhappy 🙁 🙁

Great hotel for a long layover in NYC. We landed before 8am and checked out after 2pm for our next flight. We were able to rest, freshen up, and repack. It was a perfect solution for our travel.

The customer service was great, friendly staff. The reason it did not receive a better rating, the room smelled a little stale (like it had been closed up for awhile.... (but I carry Lysol wipes and candles) and the shower leaked.

I would rate my stay 5-star if not for the very slow hotel shuttle service. Check in was simple and I was able to get into my room earlier with a small upcharge. I had everything I needed for a few hours of sleep and a nice shower. Really helped with preventing travel fatigue

The shower was amazing but the WiFi was terrible. I booked so that I could work and I couldn't really do that.

The space and decor was perfect for our meeting. The floor and bathroom was exceptionally clean and amenities were great. The only issue was the heat where it never came on. Other than that I will definitely come back

We arrived an hour early from a cruise and had to wait until 10 AM to gain access to our room. Left our phone number to receive a call when ready but by 10:15 had not heard from them so we went to check-in and received our key card. Food and beverage was slightly overpriced. Otherwise the hotel met our needs. Shuttle to airport was a great feature.

Hotel was Good Great Staff Area Quite Central Maybe some improvements to Spa ! Looking Quite Dated and Rusty in Areas. Jacuzzi was Out of Order.

My stay was great. The location was ideal for what I wanted to do on my staycation, close to the mall and restaurant. I did not use the indoor pool but it did look nice and clean. I also saw the outdoor pool from afar. My room was clean and updated. My only complaints are I didn’t get much rest due to the doors being so loud and slamming when they close. And the tv should be able to stream from your phone
