The room was not ready for 1.5 hours after the stated check-in time. This is frustrating when the reason you purchased a day room was to avoid waiting around with your bags. Many people were waiting for a day room and were very upset none were ready because “they were sold out last night”. The rooms are a bit old and dingy. Airport shuttle was convenient.

Your hotel is great. They have complementary breakfast swimming pool hot tub washer dryer. There are rooms are always clean and tidy, and the employees are all very friendly hundred percent.

Really good hotel. Nice food, although pricey. Comfortable room and loved the pool. Good shuttle to the airport. Would stay here again.

Price quoted correctly. EZ check-in, shuttle handy. Room in need of serious renovation. Stuck in the 70's but clean and for day use fine. Food very near by so all in all, worked for us. Thanks.

Great location as very close to the airport only issue was we had to wait for a very long time for transfer bus in the end we took the one going to Hyatt Regency and walked to H Hotels. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and clean-much better than some places in US. Great value for price paid.
