Our flight arrived early and we headed to the place we originally booked called The W Phil Hotel to see if we could get an early check in to get ready for a funeral that would occur in 4 hours. We had traveled from across the other side of the country to get here. They said they didn’t have any rooms available and would text us if they did. Unfortunately, we were there waiting in the lobby for 3 hours. After scrambling to find a place just to get ready, we found Hotels by day at Sofitel and was able to book a room with them. It was an easy process and relieved a lot of stress. The front desk and valet were very kind and the rooms were very clean. Although we only needed the room to get ready, we thank Sofitel and their staff for being so accommodating. We would have missed the funeral if it weren’t for their accommodation. Thank you.

This is a beautiful and super clean hotel in a very convenient location. The only difficulty is that it is often difficult to book a room. Their staff is super friendly and very professional. They will make your stay great! The hotel also improved their parking situation and now it is free and easy to park at the hotel. Try this hotel and you will be very happy!!! 😊

Very clean and excellent customer service. The hotel is centrally located and the hours to use their amenities is very convenient. I would definitely visit this hotel again.

The room was absolutely immaculate! The staff was super friendly and it was easy to book and met my needs. I only needed a place to sit for a few hours while my apartment was being cleaned so this worked out perfectly!

Clean and comfortable room, great express lunch, beautiful pool area and free airport shuttle. We would definitely stay at the Pullman again!

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The pool was nice. The pizza at the bar was really good. The airport shuttle was also a plus. I would use this hotel day service again.

Very easy to get to, room was clean, service was great. Our cruise arrived early and we had a much later flight so having a room was perfect. Free shuttle to the airport was a nice perk.

I had a smooth check-in from the outset with the staff being totally professional and friendly. The room was great to have full use of while undertaking my online Professional Development training before needing to head to Paddington Station to catch a train later that day. Will definitely use again.
