I was dreading my stay as I’d spent a night there 2 weeks previously in a bed with an un ironed cover and with a lumpy pillow, however my day room was much better and was adequate for my needs. I did think it was expensive though.

While we are happy to hear that you had a better room assigned to you for your day stay than your night stay, we regret to hear that the rate was high. Keep in mind that the whole world is in Miami during this time (or at least, that's how it feels) and that of course hotels are doing what they can to keep demand in check with the limited supply.

The hotel charged me for the room a second time, although I already paid through this site. I could not get them on the phone to discuss. The man at check in was not at the desk, seemed irritated that I called for him, and was rude when I asked if I could process my check-in 30 minutes early. I only want the paperwork complete so that I could leave for food and then go to my room when my check in time started. Also, the lobby was a nightmare due to renovations.

Easy to communicate with the hotel who picked us up at the hotel and checked us in with ease. Great room, use of gym and breakfast. Shuttle service doesn't start until 3pm so that might be a challenge for some folks. Recommend day use here.

We needed somewhere to stay before a late flight out of Miami. The room was clean and the AC worked well. It was near a maintenance elevator, so it could be noisy at times. We had lunch from the bar menu, and Carlo (bartender/waiter) was so friendly and great. The food was good. I had called ahead to confirm our reservation and asked if the pool was heated, and was told yes. However, during our stay, the pool was ice cold. It was a bummer not being able to use it as expected. The front desk staff were very kind. We also used the airport shuttle, which had a lot of people on it, but they were able to accommodate everyone by using a second shuttle.

Told weather was bad tried to cancel could not lady at front desk just did not want to be bothered lost our money no refun

This was my second time at the location because my first time was great, this time I was given room 214 and when I went it was occupied and went back to the counter, I was given room 314 and someone walked in on me and my partner.. No privacy someone can just walk in on you just because they be giving rooms that are being used.

Person at front desk was rude. He stated since I made the reservation was made on this website he did not have to honor it. So I did not stay. I called Hilton and told them about this and another matter. I will never stay at this hotel.

The pool wasn’t heated as mentioned, even the shower by the pool wasn’t cold. I did not enjoy, and left after 5 minutes.

Beds were not very good and rooms are outdated. Staff were helpful and very responsive. Nice lobby bar area and food was good. Gated hotel area with nice views outside .

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The room service was excellent. The pizzas we had were some of the best we've ever tasted.

The staff was very friendly. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed as there were multiple pieces of dirt from the sole of shoes throughout the living room area.

The processing was smooth and quick. The room nice and clean. After check-out I have discovered that the rate was higher comparing with the reservation: USD168.35 vs USD140 (booking rate) before the taxes. Finally, the total amount was USD196.05 including all the taxes.
