Although the staff were friendly, there was a lot of noise from thw disco around the pool and ongoing building/renovation work in the hotel. Our shower flooded and there was a delay in getting it fixed. Not good for a single day use.

It was nice to be so close to the airport so we didn’t have to get our car rental early and pay for parking. We were able to check in a little earlier than planned and the rooms ended up being larger than we thought they would be. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

Everything went very well on HotelsByDay side, but the actual hotel did not accommodate 1 of the 3 requests I made prior to booking. I know there's no perfection, but that request meant a lot for my business.

It worked great to get for my son and I to get so
some sleep after a redeye flight in and we couldn’t book into our downtown accommodations until late afternoon.

When my bank made an error and charged me twice, HotelsByDay stepped up and helped fix the problem within 24 hours. Will definitely book again.

Hotel allowed me to pay completely in advance and that was needed because my card was hacked and I had limited funds on me and my cash card which I used for the room deposit. Room is big and well designed, very comfortable. 2 beds. Enough room for 4 adults for passing 6hrs of my 9hr layover for jus around $104 including all taxes

We had to wait for the person to get to his office to check in, he was late. It turned out to be a cabana by the pool. A small room with a trundle bed, smelled like sour rags. But it was just fine for what we needed, we got off our ship at 8:30am and needed someplace to stay until we had to be at the airport at 2:30. Great access to the beach, really close, but the surf was to rough and windy so we came back and went to the pool. Really nice pool. We had breakfast in the main building and it was very nice, clean , good food. So all and all it worked out great for what we needed. Very reasonable price.

Room was advertised as a day use stay that I booked as a place to sleep during a 13 hour layover. It was actually a short stay love hotel with room rates by the hour. The shower was dirty and the nozzle leaked profusely. The bed only came with a sheet and the window AC sounded like a jet engine. I had the room reserved for 6am to 4pm. Imagine trying to sleep and getting called at noon to find out if I was done with the room yet. Definitely don’t book this place if you are looking to get any rest.

Service was efficient, shuttle was quick, room was clean, bed very comfortable, shower super high pressure. Really hit the spot for an 8 hour layover during an intercontinental trip. Only two tiny niggles: could not close the dark curtains all the way so some daylight leaked in; room shows its age.
Overall well worth the price. Will do this again.
