Expected the worse, but it turned out to be fine, especially for the cost.

I booked a room for the day to celebrate my mother's birthday. It's cold here in December and we thought the perfect way to warm up would be the hot tub and sauna. Plus this hotel has a game room we could use. The actual hotel room was fine. Just about every game in the game room had something missing or wrong with it. The hot tub was blocked off with a sign, out of order. The hotel front desk was less than helpful, we never even found the sauna, which was not near the pool or hot tub. Poor signage in the hotel. The parking ramp was under construction, instructing hotel guests use the top floor, which is uncovered and unplowed. I would not stay here again.

2nd stay here this year. Day room & pool use while waiting for a late flight, after a cruise. Great property. Starbucks should post opening hours, as it closed quite early. Staff great, pool great, rooms great. And complimentary airport shuttle staff amazing too. Worth the extra money. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly. Was much needed to avoid a long layover at JFK airport. Served the purpose. Ana, at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic...very good choice for its close location to the airport.
Very clean rooms, decor was fresh, staff was very friendly.
The shuttle to the airport was a nice touch and much appreciated.
Will stay here again next time in LA

The hotel is well located, with metro and bus stops very close by, and the area is quiet. The room and facilities were clean. For London, it's not excessively expensive.
The room was small, but sufficient for resting and showering. The downside was that the bed sagged a bit and you could hear the train passing by.

Was great to have a room to use while waiting for a later evening flight. Check in was simple and straightforward. The hotel was a bit dated and could have been cleaner but it was fine for a room and a shower for the day.

When I got there, they had no record of my reservation and were completely booked. I had to go to another hotel.
