Located just off I-35E, Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Lewisville has plenty of dining and shopping establishments all around. Day visitors also have a wide selection of golf courses, and the numerous attractions of Dallas, including the zoo and Samurai Collection.
Eclectic Eateries – Day guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to dining options, and if you’ve never tried the national dish of Korea then there’s the perfect opportunity to do so at Kimchi Bowl. Vietnamese noodle soup and other classic Vietnamese fare is served up at Pho Que Huong, whilst those who like having their own personal chef can enjoy the hibachi and sushi available at Jinbeh. Other culinary styles in the area include Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and more.
Golf Galore – There are around a dozen golf clubs close to the hotel, making it an ideal home base for improving your game and trying to cut down your handicap. Timbercreek Golf Center is the place to go to improve your drives and practise putting, with a full course available at Indian Creek Golf Club (which also has a bar and grill to recharge your batteries once you’re done).
- Dallas – Dallas is a short way to the south, where wildlife enthusiasts can find the Dallas World Aquarium. Exotic fish, animals, and birds frolic amidst various recreated habitats at this small but excellent site. Nearby, Dallas Zoo has a monorail leading to the African habitat, and literally thousands of different species, including giraffes and gorillas. There are many fantastic museums in the city, including the free-to-enter Samurai Collection, showcasing weapons and armor, the Haas Moto Museum & Sculpture Gallery, and the extensive artwork collection of the Dallas Museum of Art.
