Great clean modern rooms
Great clean modern rooms. Friendly staff. Clean pool area. Despite asking several times from staff that the pool towels were completely out and never having them replenished i still think it was a great convenient experience. be sure to bring your hotel room towels if you come to this Hilton in Burbank Ca.

They were confused at the reception and the bar about the cash I could redeem in food and beverages. They asked me in the bar for a printed voucher from reception and the girl in reception went to the bar to clarify. Still in the car they asked me to pay. It seems they are not used to this day pass. You could not order from the pool. They make you go downstairs to order. Food quality average. Pool ver cool and nice views but I would expect something else from a 5 stars hotel

One thousand percent would recommend the day pass! The staff was welcoming and attentive and the property is beautiful and clean. The lack of actual changing rooms is my only complaint but wouldn’t take a star away as everything else was perfect. I had to change in the bathroom. Not possible to “freshen up” appropriately before my flight. Despite that, I would still go back over and over!

Wow! Unexpectedly found a pool pass at my neighboring hotel and spent the day enjoying the pool and amenities while doing some light work. This was an awesome experience! Will do again.
