First of all room was lovely and spacious so no complaints re size and cleanliness. However upon check in I was told Tv might not work and no idea when it would be working. Unfortunate but not much we could do and not the receptionist fault. I was looking forward to using pool for a few hours before a long flight and was told sorry pool unavailable and this was main reason we booked this. Then it took 4 trips back to reception to get the key to work. Then once in room the wifi did not work. So the facilities I needed I didn’t get any of them extremely annoyed paying $130 and not getting anything we expected. Even if it was for day use.

Although the staff were friendly, there was a lot of noise from thw disco around the pool and ongoing building/renovation work in the hotel. Our shower flooded and there was a delay in getting it fixed. Not good for a single day use.

The A/C and heater was from 1970’s Making noise and not so effective. The pool was suppose to be heated , it was very very cold. And for the size of the hotel, the size of the pool was extremely small. No jacuzzi!!!

Room was not cleaned very well. Powder on dresser was a concern, realized it was from coffee mate. Washroom sink wasn’t cleaned well. We were dead tired and just needed sleep for a layover. Will not go back. Shuttle from airport was traumatizing, driver speeding to fast we felt airborne ! Oh yea, don’t lock bathroom door. You will get locked on IN

This hotel looks nice but only in the lobby. Chose this hotel because we needed somewhere to hang out and it had airport shuttle. The rooms are very dated and the tub in the room we had was filthy. Had we been staying overnight i would have requested a refund or different room. We did utilize the bar for food which was very good! Don't rely on the airport shuttle though. We waited 45mins for airport shuttle after being told he should be back in 15 mins. When asked if they could call to see where he was, the only respond the driver would give is that he was stuck in traffic, which seemed to be a lie because we wind up calling an Uber so that we could get to airport on time and made it to the airport in 10 mins.
