Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations. Throughout my visit, I was repeatedly approached by staff—at least three times-questioning what I was doing there, despite having the correct neon yellow wristband. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no accessible outlets to charge my phone. The few outlets that were available were placed in inconvenient areas, and access was later restricted due to an event. This added unnecessary stress to my visit. The beach chairs were also in poor condition and outdated, many of them torn and in need of replacement. To top it off, I waited over two hours without any service from the beach bartender, which further contributed to a frustrating experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience moving forward.

For those of you who were attracted by the cheap price(around $42), please be advised this is the price for the pool pass ONLY. It does NOT offer a room for you to stay in the daytime. As a traveler who is not quite familiar with Florida, it is easily to be confused. So if you are looking for a hotel to stay during your daytime while waiting for your cruise line or flight, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE double check with front desk what you are booking for.

hi JJ. that's quite a regretable review! all our pool passes are clearly listing the service being provided in the booking flow and in the confirmation service. Would you recommend we do something different in order to differentiate the services?  Thank you JJ.
