Despite asking several times from staff that the pool towels were completely out and never having them replenished i still think it was a great convenient experience. be sure to bring your hotel room towels if you come to this Hilton in Burbank Ca.

very good experience

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and fell far short of expectations. Throughout my visit, I was repeatedly approached by staff—at least three times-questioning what I was doing there, despite having the correct neon yellow wristband. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no accessible outlets to charge my phone. The few outlets that were available were placed in inconvenient areas, and access was later restricted due to an event. This added unnecessary stress to my visit. The beach chairs were also in poor condition and outdated, many of them torn and in need of replacement. To top it off, I waited over two hours without any service from the beach bartender, which further contributed to a frustrating experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience moving forward.

We utilized a day pass with access to the pool and facilities. It was ideal for our gap between a cruise departure and an evening flight. Great value

I had no idea I could book a pool pass. Tried it and loved it! I had a great time.

One thousand percent would recommend the day pass! The staff was welcoming and attentive and the property is beautiful and clean. The lack of actual changing rooms is my only complaint but wouldn’t take a star away as everything else was perfect. I had to change in the bathroom. Not possible to “freshen up” appropriately before my flight. Despite that, I would still go back over and over!

Wow! Unexpectedly found a pool pass at my neighboring hotel and spent the day enjoying the pool and amenities while doing some light work. This was an awesome experience! Will do again.
