10/10 would recommend!! We had a long wait before our flight left after a cruise day and this was the absolute PERFECT place for us. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle to the airport was the icing on the cake for our stay, we will for sure be staying again after our next trip.

My flight was delayed . I was so worried . I had to take my second flight but I couldn’t take it because for the delayed of the airplane. When I rebooked I had to wait 12 hours! I made my reservation before Pay( so I was feel confidence for this ) I had my check in at 9 am and I was so thankful for the service .Yhere is a afroamerican young boy who helped me a lot ! Room was very good, but hotel had work going on around main entrance, so everyone had to use side entrance and drag their luggage along because nobody had thought to put a luggage trolley at the side door - they were still by the main entrance and therefore totally useless. I pointed this out to the reception desk, but it was still the same when we left four hours later.

Great hotel! We were looking for a hotel close to the airport for a few hours (late check-in). We got to the hotel only at 1pm (and the reservation was until 3pm); the lady at the reception was very kind and extended our stay until 4:30pm at no additional charge! The room itself was super comfy and very clean - just what we needed! There was a free shuttle from the hotel the airport, which was an extra bonus :) All in all, great experience and we'd highly recommend!

First of all room was lovely and spacious so no complaints re size and cleanliness. However upon check in I was told Tv might not work and no idea when it would be working. Unfortunate but not much we could do and not the receptionist fault. I was looking forward to using pool for a few hours before a long flight and was told sorry pool unavailable and this was main reason we booked this. Then it took 4 trips back to reception to get the key to work. Then once in room the wifi did not work. So the facilities I needed I didn’t get any of them extremely annoyed paying $130 and not getting anything we expected. Even if it was for day use.

Room was clean and spacious. The employees were fantastic. Very friendly. Gym was large, and had a decent selection of equipment. Not sure why the pool was closed as it looked to be fine but at least we were given a notice about it when we booked. However, we were not informed that the restaurant would be closed for lunch as the hours posted clearly stated it should have been open. That was the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Nicely refurbished hotel. Front desk clerk was not very friendly. BUT…..our big complaint is regarding the restaurant which according to your website, was supposed to be open, but was closed for lunch. Heard the guests complaining about it. Only option for lunch was the overpriced snack bar. We had a turkey club but it was dry because it came without condiments. We stayed here last month and we could order takeout from the restaurant but no sit down service. Fix the restaurant and we’ll be back.

Wanted a day room due with pool facilities due to a late flight. Was informed that hotel pool was closed only after completing the booking. Was advised that sister hotel next door had a pool we could use. Complete lack of usable sun beds meant we couldn’t relax. The sunbeds that were there were broken and unsightly. Very disappointing!!
