Siri: “Find a Hotel Pool Day Pass Near Me”

Soak in the Sun, Take a Dip in the Hotel Pool

Taking in the sunshine while poolside is a universal way to relax in style, but did you know that it can actually provide benefits beyond a calmed mind and nice tan?

Getting moderate ultraviolet (UV) rays can stimulate vitamin D production, which is important considering 40 percent of U.S. adults are vitamin-D deficient. This can cause the loss of bone density, osteoporosis and even broken bones. Vitamin D is a general boost for your immunity and functioning in your body, and is believed to protect against chronic conditions like depression, heart disease, type 2 diabetes and multiple sclerosis.

Eating foods like fish, egg yolks and dairy products can boost vitamin-D production as well, but doesn’t laying out near the pool sound like a more fun proposition?

Be sure to use sunscreen of at least SPF-30 or higher for sessions in the sun longer than 20 minutes. Make sure the sunscreen is water-resistant and protective against both UVA (long-term, associated with aging) and UVB (short-term, associated with burning) rays. If you sweat excessively or get in the water, be sure to reapply regularly. And lastly, don’t assume UV radiation and the temperature are always correlated. There are plenty of cloudy, cooler days with a high UV index.

Mix Work with Pleasure

Just because you’re looking for a pool to hang out at all day doesn’t mean it can’t be a productive experience. Bring your laptop and find an umbrella lounge chair to make progress on some administrative tasks that have been cluttering your to-do list.

Or spend a busy day full of calls poolside instead of at your home office; nobody will mind—and the atmosphere may give you an extra boost of creativity for those important brainstorming sessions.

Perhaps it’s your personal work that you’ve been wanting to focus on. What better way to work on outlines, expand on previous notes, or make headway on your latest draft than sitting by a tranquil pool on a sunny day? And anytime you want to take a quick break, get that body in the pool for a dip!

Squeeze in a Workout at the Hotel Gym

Rest, relaxation, mental productivity — nearly a complete day by many peoples’ standards. The only thing that could make it more proper is a physical workout. Maybe the dip in the pool turns into laps instead.

If you want to get out of the sun for a bit, mosey on down to the hotel’s fitness center for a run on the treadmill, some free-weight workouts, an elliptical exercise—whatever your ambitious self desires. I

While working remotely from home has its advantages, we all need a change of scenery sometimes. We also need to move our bodies around more. Hotels that offer day passes for the pool provide an affordable yet convenient way of using the diverse range of amenities that hotels offer to produce a well-rounded day of leisure, exercise and productivity you can feel good about!

The hotel lobby was gloomy and did not look updated. The room was very nice though and the colors and carpet were fresh and clean. It took the heater awhile to get the chill out of the room but eventually it go warner. The staff "Co Read More

Everything was great. Very clean. Nice room. Bed comfortable. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is the room doesn’t have a microwave or fridge?

Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, day rooms are 'run of the house' - meaning that whatever room is vacant will be assigned to you.  If you have a specific room request, we suggest you write on the 'message' section during your booking, or simply request it at check-in.

Yes. The hotel is under contract to keep your room until one hour prior to your day room check-out time.

You have two options to book with HotelsByDay:

You can "pay at the hotel" which grants you free cancellation up to the same day.

You can also select a "non-refundable" booking. This means that you'll need to provide credit card details to book a day room. Once booked, the hotel will not allow us to change the date, cancel, or refund the stay.

For 'Pay at hotel' bookings there are no card details taken at the time of the booking non the website, and you will pay at the hotel upon check-in.
However for 'non- refundable' bookings, a card is required and payment is processed at the time of the booking.

In both cases, you are asked to check-in at the hotel with a matching ID and Credit Card, matching the name on the reservation.

No - our bookings come manually and are entered into the hotel's reservation system ONLY on the day of your check-in. All you have to do is to show up with a copy of your reservation, as well as a valid ID & credit card that matches the name on your reservation.

Please note that regardless if you pre-paid for the room or not, the hotel will momentarily charge your credit card for incidentals. They will refund the hold within four business days post-stay.
